Am I too old to start?

Most of our members are between 50-75. We've worked with people in their late 70s. Your program is built around where you are now, not where you think you should be.

What if I can't keep up?

Every exercise is adapted to your ability. You'll never be asked to do something you're not ready for. Our coaches are experts at meeting you where you are.

I've failed before. Why would this be different?

Because you won't be alone. Small groups mean accountability. Coaches mean guidance. Community means support. This isn't another DIY attempt, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

I'm too busy for a gym routine.

Most of our members are busy professionals or have packed family schedules. You only need 2 sessions a week. Many train early morning or fit it around work. We make it work for you.

Is it really worth £199?

Compare it to a big gym where you're left alone (and probably won't go) or 1:1 personal training at £50+ per session. For less than £7 a day, you get coaching, programming, community, and support. Our members tell us it's the best investment they've made.
